يجب أن يكون الأصل المسامحة. أي يجب أن يكون الأساس في العلاقات البشرية أن يسامح الناس بعضهم بعضا. يجب أن تعتبر المسامحة أولى من أن يقضى لأحد في المحكمة على خصمه. لأن ليس كل ما يعتبره القانون حقا بحلال ولا يمكن ذلك. في سبيل المثال، قد يكون حقا قانونيا أن تشتري بيتا لأخيك المفلس  والبيت محجوز ويباع عوضا عن ديونه ولكن ذلك لا يحل. وكذلك قد يجيز القانون لمقاول البناء أن يبني ناطحات تدمر منظر المدينة ومع ذلك هذا لا يحل.

ومن جهة أخرى، قد لا ترتكب شركة طاقة كبيرة اذا اشتريت حقوق إنتاج طاقة جديدة ورخيصة لإخفائها ولمنعها من الدخول إلى السوق ولكن هذا العمل ليس بحلال.

وكمثال آخر، لو أضاف فران في الخبز موادا تسبب السرطان لإطالة مدة صلاحية الاستهلاك و وضع المحتوى على العلبة قد يكون ذلك مطابقا للقانون وهو برئ ولكن هذا ليس جائزا. قد يكون  من أصعب مشاريع القرن الحادي والعشرين  هو أن يطابق ما ينص عليه القانون ما هو حلال. علينا أن نجد سبلا  لمنع تحول القيم القديمة والحريات المشوهة إلى شر.

 علينا أن نحدث نظامًا جديدًا لا يعتبر فيه التخلي عن الحقوق المعترف بها في القانون باسم الإنسانية أو الله أمرًا غريبًا.

هناك شيء علمنا إياه التاريخ.

سواء حققت الحضارة أفضل نظام إداري أو تنمية اقتصادية ، إذا تم استنفاد حبها ووقارها ، ö استنفدت طاقتها الروحية ؛ لا يمكن للنظام الأساسي للأمم المتحدة ، وإعلان هلسنكي ، ولا تشريعات المحكمة الأوروبية لحقوق الإنسان ، ولا أفضل الأسلحة إنقاذ تلك الحضارة.

The main thing should be forgive for the right. The main thing should be forgive mutually for the rights. The forgiveness should be superior to winning a lawsuit in court.  Because every legal rights cannot be ethical and halal.

Likewise, you may have a legal right to buy the snip cheap house of your brother who went bankrupt, but it is not ethical and halal. A Building contractor with a zoning license is legally innocent when violating the city’s horizon, but his work is not halal. An oil company that buys production rights and hides it to prevent a new, much cheaper form of energy from entering the market is legally innocent. But his work is not halal and ethical. Likewise, the baker who puts carcinogenic substances in bread to extend the shelf life is legal because he puts the formula on the packaging, so he is not guilty but his work is not ethical and halal. The most tough project of the 21st century must be to overlap the halal one with the legal. We have to find ways to prevent to bending of freedoms, whose relationship with ancient values has been damaged from towards worse. We have to introduce a new order in which renouncing the rights recognized by the law in the name of humanity or name of God is not considered strange. There is something history has taught us. If the love mentality and the nafs taming of a civilization was damaged and it’s spiritual energy was exhausted; Neither the United Nations Statute, the Declaration of Helsinki, the EHRC, nor the strongest weapons would save that civilization.

Asıl olan hakkın helal edilmesi olmalıdır. Asıl olan helalleşmek olmalıdır. Helalleşmek mahkemede dava kazanmaktan daha üstün olmalıdır. Çünkü her yasal hak helal değildir ve olamaz.
